The “Polka Dot Puff Sleeve Top” is a blouse made from cotton canvas twill with polka-dot printed pattern on the outside. The sleeves are gathered at the top of the cap and finished at the sleeve hem with an elastic casing. Between each dot, there are hand placed rhinestones glued for extra sparkle.
Closure: invisible zipper at back neck
